The registration deadline is 5 September 2012. Registration after this deadline means that a room cannot be guaranteed anymore.
Participation, including hotel accommodation from 1 to 2 October 2012, is free of charge. However, if you fail to show up and you do not cancel your reservation in advance by contacting the conference secretariat, you will be charged for the costs (up to € 200 for two-day participation, staying in a single room).
Please note that submission of an abstract does NOT imply registration for the conference!
