Employment regulations
The employment regulations of FOM are laid down in the Collective Labour Agreement for Research Centres (in Dutch: CAO-OI) and the Implementation Regulations (in Dutch: UVR). You can find the Collective Labour Agreement for Research Centres and the Implementation Regularions (IR) 2009-2012 on the right side of this webpage.
This translation of the CAO-OI and the IR are merely intended as a resource for FOM employees who are not competent in the Dutch language. Whenever the explanation or clarification of certain terms in this CAO-OI or the IR is under debate, the text and purport of the terms in the stipulated and filed Dutch text of the CAO-OI or the IR has obligatory force.
