MyFOM-People

MyFOM-People is a portal for FOM employees. Via this portal, employees can easily arrange their personnel information in electronic form.

FOM employees will be given a user name and password on joining FOM. During their period of employment they will have access to MyFOM-People. After their contract has come to an end, they will continue to have access to a number of relevant parts for five years.

Requests or changes submitted by an employee via MyFOM-People will be sent to the personnel department of the location the employee works at and be processed there. Employees can also use the portal to see which requests et cetera they have already submitted.

In its current, first, version the portal has the following functionalities:
- changing personal information, such as address details;
- inspecting and printing off salary slips and end of year statements;
- submitting AVOM requests such as the redemption of holiday hours.

More functionalities will be added to MyFOM-People at a later stage. Employees will be informed about this via the FOM website.
