Sexual harassment, aggression, violence, bullying and work pressure

Sexual harassment, aggression, violence, bullying and work pressure
vergroten Sexual harassment, aggression, violence, bullying and work pressure

Sexual harassment, aggression, violence, and bullying are not always visible. However, they do exist and might even be present at your workplace. FOM believes that people should respect each other's personal space. Too much work pressure or too little challenge in your work can cause stress and an increased risk of illness. By means of a practical policy, FOM seeks an optimal work climate in which it is clear that FOM will not tolerate sexual harassment, aggression, violence or bullying in any form whatsoever during work or in work-related situations.

You can find the content of this policy in the brochure Sexual harassment, aggression, violence and bullying and workpressure. You can download the text on this page.

Information and the procedure about Individual Right of Complaint can be found in the  Implementation Regulations 17, 'Individueel klachtrecht'. You can also contact Renée-Andrée Koornstra. FOM treats all information confidentially.
