Call for proposals
The Call for proposals for Vrije FOM-programma's contains guidelines for the submission of applications and information about the framework and rules for the evaluation and selection of the proposals. You can download the Call for proposals 2011 and the associated appendices at the top of this page.
Inspiration
A focus memorandum and vision of the future document have been written for six of the research fields within FOM. Within these fields FOM will mainly focus on the research lines described in these memoranda. The fields are Phenomenological Physics, Physics of Life Processes, Subatomic physics, Nanophysics/Nanotechnology, Fusion Physics and Condensed Matter and Optical Physics. FOM views these memoranda as sources of inspiration to think about new programmes. Proposals for new FOM Programmes that do not fit within the focus memoranda stated will not be excluded automatically.
You can download the focus memoranda from the top of this webpage.
Besides the Vrije FOM-programma applications for the Industrial Partnership Programmes can be submitted on a continuous basis. See
Industrial Partnership Programmes for the guidelines.
